The hotel was hip new and fairly clean with a nice bar. The staff were helpful and gave us good recommendations. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from a medieval cathedral was ideal!

Normal double rooms & luxury bathrooms. The tapas restaurant was trendy and their staff was exceptional. Centrally based in really pretty area. Also, the hotel had quick access to a 15th - century Dominican church. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was nice.

The room was huge and I loved the pool, it was heated. Staff were terrific, overall. Prime location, relatively near bargello national museum. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was warm.

All main attractions such as uffizi gallery were in front of this hotel. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Osteria Pastella that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We would definitely recommend the venue. Santa Maria Novella district certainly deserves to be visited.
